Aquila Foiling Systems is the new name for a well established company providing equipment, systems, consumable items and technical support service for the foil stamping industry.

These services range from the supply of hand operated equipment to fully automatic B1 sheet sized machines for processing at up to 7,000 sheets per hour, together with machines for the production of foiling and embossing dies and counters.

Die fixing systems which including toggle hooks and bunter post clip are manufactured in the UK at our Manchester factory.

All of the consumable items used to make ready machine for foil stamping are also offered.

 Karl French, one half of Metallic Elephant, was a long standing employee of the John T Marshall group which incorporated the Impress and Marshall badges and Mackerel and Co die makers. Over the course of 20 years he gained extensive knowledge of the Hot Foil process.
Many of the traditional skills involved in maintaining hot foil machines can once again be obtained through Metallic Elephant.

We offer repairs and spares for many of the popular JTM and Impress machines on the market, such as Dut 21, Series 80,82,98 and Hm4’s to name but a few.
