We are an established family business of 20 years and we manufacture letterpress printing plates, hotfoil and embossing dies. The various thickness of metals we produce are: 16g (1.63mm), 8g (4mm) and 1/4" (6.35mm) in both zinc and magnesium and 5g (5mm) in magnesium only. We also provide a type high wood mounting service for the 16g zinc.

We have an in house design department who can provide artwork for your specific requirements. Alternatively you could post or email artwork or it may be supplied on disk. (Please enquire about file formats).

We also manufacture presentation, memorial plaques and nameplates. These can be made to your own individual requirements or to our standard designs. We are only too happy to assist and advise on individual needs. Our friendly, experienced staff would be pleased to quote you on request either by email, fax or phone.

Leeds Engraving have been suppliers of quality Foil and Embossing dies for over fifty years.
Flat Magnesium foil dies are generally on a next day turnaround basis and are available in most common gauges.
We also supply Fluted Foil dies which can be hand or CNC cut according to your requirements.
Our Planning department are able to recreate any texture that you are able to supply a sample of, as well as from our own texture range.
If you are producing in higher volumes then you may wish to consider our CNC cut brass foil dies which have the benefits of greater wear resistance and steeper shoulders to create a crisper image, even on softer materials.
Our CNC Embossing dies are produced using state of the art technology that allows us to produce exact duplicates should you require more that one die, i.e. for multi-up packaging runs.
